Let's face it. Sprint Zone sucks; there is no point to an application that is only a bunch of links. This is what sprint needs to do to make its sprint zone application the best service provider application on the market. 1. Make it so that the application has its dedicated server so that you can do everything on the application rather than going on the site. The app would be a hundred times better if I could check my current balance, pay my bill, download extra's and buy accessories without ever using the browser on my android device. 2. Create a streamline experience where the app not only does its job but looks nice as well. A bunch of yellow links that send the user to the browser isn't very user friendly especially when the sprint website itself isn’t made for a mobile device. Create Icons that are useful but are not in any way intimating toward the audience.
Yup - right now it's effectively a placeholder while we code up the really cool stuff. We're working on a 'release early, release often' model with Sprint Zone. Get something out the door, even if it 'sucks' and drop updates to it as the new features become available.
