Sharing Internet Connection Between Laptop and Desktop Using Wireless Card

I just bought a new lap top this evening and I want to know how to set up my laptop to share the internet connection I have with my Sprint Mobile Broadband card. I have a router but not sure how to hook it up. My laptop has wifi installed but my desktop does not. Any ideas?? Please advise.

Thanks,

You'll need to enable Internet Connection Sharing on the Windows Laptop, then connect the laptop to the desktop via an Ethernet Crossover cable or possibly the router.

Unfortunately, with the wide variety of possible setups and our lack of Windows experience, you best bet would be to contact a local technical support outfit in your town.

Sprint does offer the Cradlepoint router and MiFi 2000 for sharing the broadband wireless internet connection, but that's not what you asked to do.
