I design a website and my aircard is not allowing me to see it on my computer.
I went to my mother's computer and I was able to see my website on her computer using her internet access no problem
then I put my aircard on her computer and I was not able to see my website using my 595u aircard
so i am wondering if 595u aircard is blocking me from seeing my website..
I am thinking
1) how do i reset the aircard so i can remove the block
2) what are my other option ?
We have questions. What happens when you try to go to this website? Are there any errors? Are you able to see ALL other websites with your 595u. When you installed it to your Mom's computer, where you able to surf the web and all other sites? Was the outcome different on your Mom's computer or same symptom? Which OS are you and your Mom using? Who's hosting your website and where's the server located?
You can reset the device, but you will need your lock code that Sprint Customer Care or Tech Support can give you.
I would have to say that it is rather perplexing since Sprint does not block any websites. But your connection is not local either, meaning the ip address is dynamic and changes each time you connect. And the ip address can come from a server in another state or on the other side of the country. Could this be related?
What happens when you try to go to this website?
When I am using my aircard on both my computer and my mom's computer I get
Server not found
Firefox can't find the server
If i use proxy website on my aircard I can see it no problem
when I use my mom internet isp I can see it
Are you able to see ALL other websites with your 595u.? Yes
When you installed it to your Mom's computer, where you able to surf the web and all other sites?
YES all except for mine website.
Was the outcome different on your Mom's computer or same symptom?
YES i am able to view my own website using her ISP but I can not see my website when I use my aircard on HER computer
Which OS are you and your Mom using? me 10.6 her 10.4
Who's hosting your website and where's the server located? a friend of mine is hosting it using a reseller site.
Strange thing is every one else on the internet can see it except for me.
Thanks for replying
