If i am the primary account holder/payer of the bill, WHY does my husbands name/number phone show up before mine? My info should be first, and no one at sprint seems to have the knowledge on how to fix this!!

    I agree completely!  I actually questioned this when we started our service over a year ago; I was told that it was due to my number being ported.  I was however, assured that it would not matter - I took their word for it.  Now, I would like to upgrade MY phone but, only my husbands is given the FULL discount...   This may be the last straw for me; I have been trying to get Sprint to replace my phone since the first month I had it...  They always had a different reason why they would not replace at that time.  FOUR PIXI'S = FOUR LEMONS!!!  It's all too bad since I am happy with their service - just not sure that's enough anymore...
