To block or restrict voice calls:
Sign in to My Sprint with valid username and password at www.sprint.com.
Click the My Preferences tab.
Under Limits and Permissions, click Block voice.
Select a phone to block.
Choose from the following options to block, restrict or allow calls:
Do not block any voice calls (all previously blocked voice calls will be archived for easy access later)
Block all out-bound voice calls
Block only the following phone numbers for inbound and outbound calls
Enter a phone number to block in the field and click Add number. The number will be added to the block list. To remove, select the number and click Remove. If customer does not have permissions to block voice calls, a message will display indicating the selection cannot be blocked.
Click Save to block voice access. If updates were saved successfully, the following confirmation message will be displayed: "Thank you! We've saved your changes."
A Blocked icon will appear next to the phone that has blocked voice services. Turn the phone off and back on for the new settings to take effect
To Block Text on sprint.com:
Go to www.sprint.com using a computer Web browser.
Click Sign in, enter username and password, click Sign in again.
Select My Preferences > All about me > Block Text Messages > Block messages from all senders in my block list.
In Add box, enter phone number, e-mail address, domain name, or short code to block.
Click Add >Save all changes.
