I was able to pull up a network outage in your area there and I wanted to let you know that we are aware of the problem and we are working very hard to get it fixed. In case you would like it for your records - the ticket number is 7355770 and the estimated time of repair is set for around 2am central time tomorrow morning. The problem is with the cellsite, which is a group of cell towers, intermittently not working. Again our engineers are working very hard right now to resolve the issue and you should be back up an running soon. Sometimes for an issue like this - it might help you to turn the power off on the phone, remove the battery for a minute, replace the battery and turn the phone back on. That will delete and then recreate your record with the cell site which could possibly help. Let us know what you find out.
Yes, was on Sprint Customer Support for hours... We restarted the phone approximately a dozen times and tried many 'fixes'... They couldn't rectify the problem, and wanted me to do a total restore of my phone which would clear all my data. Luckily, we didn't and the Sprint Customer Support Rep told me to bring it to the local Sprint store for them to take care of the issue. I called the store and told them the problem I was having, and they said it isn't your phone, the towers are down... I then re-called Sprint to ask them to check on the towers and the confirmed that they were 'low' in the area and they would send a tech out to check on them within 72 hours...
Hi PRadetsky, sorry for the inconvenience again here - zip codes 32720 and 32724 have network outages for single cell sites out of service and intermittent voice issues at this time. The network technicians are working very hard to resolve the issue - they hope to have it fixed up very soon.
