My son has that monthly coverage on his phone and we can't find his phone it still rings but we can't find it because it is on vibrate.
If you have the Sprint Total Equipment Protection Plan and your son has installed the app on the phone, then you can go here:
Click locate. Login with your phone # and app pin.
Once logged in, you can send an audible tone to your phone.

No problem...I've been there before. If you turn off everything in the house and it still has a charge (battery), I would just call it continuously. Sometimes you get lucky and hear the vibration. Good luck!!
