Thanks for the info Zoebaby0. I was getting a little frustrated trying to find a Sprint online contact chat. I remember they used to have a chat box pop up when you went on line with a representative asking if they could help you with anything. It has been awhile since I've been on line I guess. Hopefully it will be fixed before 5....
this is what it says about chat

So I guess it's hidden due to the volume..... I'm in Valrico/Brandon and I'm down to... I was out in Lakeland about 45 minutes ago and didnt have service there either.
Yes, phone and texting are down. From what my corporate office tells me, this is not a problem isolated just to Tampa Bay - its the entire state of Florida. Everyone who works in our corporate office cannot get phone calls from our locations, and this couldn't come on a worse day - as the corporate office is in the middle of a major server rebuild on their systems in the office. The entire office uses Sprint, so no one is reachable. They are currently having to communicate by email to everyone at all of our stores across the state or by landline, but if you can imagine, the landlines are all clogged with managers trying to reach the corporate office at the same time. If the rumors of Sprint getting the iPhone next month prove true, they will defiinitely need to upgrade their network or we can expect more of this inconvenience. This is why I switched to Sprint from AT & T. Seems its more of the same now.
Sprint is proud to have been named to The Civic 50, an annual survey of America?s most community-minded companies.
