Hi, does anyone at what point after the due date Sprint will disconnect or "hotline" a line due to non-payment?

    This is different depending on account history - start of service date and many other factors. You can prevent this from happening by calling in (800-808-1336) and making a payment arrangement and sticking to that promise to pay. You can also contact financial services online to have them perform this for you. Just type sprint.com/chat into your browser.
