because they say people in the past were getting their phones billed to their acct. and then canceling . and getting a free phone. i called to upgrade my phone earley this month to a gaxaxy s2 and they did it for me, i also been with them for twelve yrs. u can try and call them and ask for acct services and see what they will do for u. but be persistant but be nice and remember be (persistant). remember acct services. or just tell them u want to cancel serv. the person i talked to said he would try to push it through and it worked. hope this helps.
