I have not been able to view my call log for over a month now. I have had this account for a long time and someone needs to fix this problem now. If customers can't view their incoming/outgoing calls then Sprint needs to have them printed on their bills like they use to. This is very aggravating.
I understand the importance of being able to view your call log on sprint.com. Is it that it is not available when you go to it? If so we can create a ticket for this. If you don't know where to view it at...make sure you are signed into your sprint.com account. From the My Account tab click on the blue link 'See all usage' next to your device. Then click 'view call log'. Hope this is helpful.
