Since March I've been trying to simply change my plan to something tha works for me and I've been over billed, assigned to the wrong plan, told I could do something in a plan then told I can't and I've spoken to, count them, 12 Sprint associates at different Tiers call center folks to supposed Managers and they cannot figure it out! I was sent a letter today on a phone line that we disconnected in March. They going to reactivate it in August?!?!?!? What the **** is going on with Sprint? This is Unreal! Surreal! Anyone for a mass revolution on Sprint?!? Any ideas how to get them to act right?
