Ok. Without more specific information, try the basics first. If you have a battery that's removable, turn your phone off and remove the battery. Wait 2 minutes before putting it back in and turning on your phone. If your battery is not removable, then turn your phone off for 2 minutes and turn it back on.
If the problem persists, check your Settings - Wireless & Networks - Mobile Networks, and make sure your mobile network is either connected or checked. This setting will vary based on which phone you have.
Also see if you can update the profile for your phone. Settings - About - Sprint system updates - Update profile.
