SOLUTION: Payment arrangement or pay extension

You may be able to set up a payment arrangement through our secure self-service options using *3 or online. 

  • You can use one of these options to quickly create your payment arrangement for up to 14 calendar days.
  • You can also modify or cancel your current arrangement using these options provided it is more than 24 hours prior to the date the payment is due to be deducted from your account. 

From your My Sprint account:

  • Sign into your My Sprint account
  • Go to Payment Center.
  • Click the Other date button.
  • Click the calendar icon.
  • Select a date that is convenient for you (no more than 14 days in advance)
    • A message will display if you are able to establish a payment arrangement
  • Select the amount you wish to pay
  • Follow the prompts to complete the arrangement

You will receive a text message confirming you payment arrangement details within 24 hours.


Please note: not every account or customer will qualify for a payment arrangement. If you have cancelled or modified payment arrangements in the past, this may affect your eligibility to create them going forward.


If your account does not qualify for a payment arrangement you may be allowed to schedule a future dated payment. Please note that a future dated payment does not protect your account from collection activity. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
