Atrocious Customer Service

How do you move from a plan with unlimited data on a smartphone, to a basic phone (no change in total price) back to a smartphone with a new $10/mo charge??!!

Excuse from Sprint is anytime you move from basic to smart phone, you are charged $10 additional, even though there was discount when it was moved to a basic phone! Even a CS manager wouldn't here the argument!!!

All smartphones activated after January/2011 require the $10 PD fee. When/if changing plans you cannot go back to the prior plan if it is no longer being offered and you lose your grandfathered status of not being charged the fee.
