Bill changes????

I talked to a rep on the phone earlier this month, but my bill has went from $80 a month, to $100. She said it was because I turned off auto-pay, so she turned it on and that my bill should go back to being the normal $80. I look today to pay my bill, and it's still saying I owe $100??? I need this issue fixed
