Through the sprint webset, I set up a phone number to be blocked for texts and phone calls. However, I still get texts from the number I blocked. I have double checked the website and the number is listed to be blocked. Has anyone else had this issue? How to I resolve it?
Thanks for posting. Try to remove the number off the blocked list and re-enter it again and save. I can also verify on my end that the particular phone number is blocked. You can send me a private message with you phone number and account pin and the number in question. Thank you. *Paida
Thanks for posting.The work around for your issue that I found, was to go into you Notifications- Messages-Show Imessages- you can select to receive from contacts only instead of everyone. I hope this helps. Other than this unfortunately there is now to block a particular number.Thank you.*Paida
