I want to cancel my account. The customer service is POOR! Please call me to have this done! I'm so tired of the rude sales persons, the poor IT support and the nasty customer service reps. I pay my bill faithfully for years and this is the thanks well OK! I will cancel and you can keep the darn number! PLEASE CALL ME NOW. I was on hold for so long I hung up the guy was rude!

I am sorry that you had a bad experience and want to leave Sprint. Unfortunately the Admins and Mods on the Community don't have access to customers' accounts. If you'd like to send me a private message with your contact info, I will ask someone to contact yrou.
