My friend has an HTC Evo and his service is dissconnected due to nonpayment. I was wondering if sprint would let him switch phones on his account in order for me to buy his EVO. Thanks.
If a phone line is disconnected or hotlined pretty much the only that can be done on the account is a payment. It will not let a rep do most things, including swap a phone until a payment is made and the account is brought back into good standing.
