Yesterday (1/24/11), I logged in to My Sprint in order to redeem my $5 Anniversary Reward Credit. I followed the instructions and then received an email from Sprint stating that Sprint would contact me within 24 hours concerning my reward.
I have not received an email or call from Sprint and would like to have my credit and pay my bill. My bill is due tomorrow.
Please, tell me how to send a Private Message so that I can send you my PIN # and whatever else is required.
I do not know how to send a PM or contact Sprint about this.
