Says to go to My account>see my bills> see bill history.
Nothing to select to see history or any pdf file. "I want to's" do not list billing history. Just the current bill is shown..
My Account>See My Bill>(on the right hand side of this page)I Want To>See Bill History>Download PDF of the months you wish to view. It has the past 24 months.
For the current unbilled usage - My Account>(Select phone)See All Usage>See Call Log.
