Cell Tower issue update for location beaty road and cooks lake road, gastonia, nc 28056

I cannot receive calls or send text messages if i am in range of this tower. I have three phones with sprint and they all have the same issue at this location. (which happens by my house) Can someone from sprint give me an update on the repair status? I can make calls, and receive texts but not the other way around. I spoke with someone Friday at sprint and they told me that they had no issues at that location, which is incorrect.
