Charged for returned leased phone which I still havent been credited for

I recently Upgraded from the Galaxy note 5 to the new Note 8

When upgrading I was informed that I wouldnt have to pay out the remainer of my lease if I returned the phone.

looking at my bill I am being charged 50$ for Early Accel Lse Chg which I state again, I was told I didn't have to pay.

 

On top of that, when I returned my device I was told that the credit will be applied to my bill, it has yet to be applied. Below is what was sent to my email confirming the credit (Confirmation # and Phone # censored for obvious reasons).

We applied a credit to your account for the returned SAM N920 32G BLK XSGL on line **********. You can view it now at sprint.com/mysprint and on your next bill.

I have called twice about the credit and I keep getting told it will be applied next billing cycle.

 

This is getting increasingly frustrating.
