Customer service is horrible

I have just swithed over to Sprint and goint to swith back to AT&T who gives way better customer service. I called and wrote an email and no one has yet to help, its not about the money its about the principal of the situation and i dont feel like being bound to a contract for 2 years to people who contradict themselves and are in no way of help.

Unfortunately when customers set up an account they are charged an activation
fee. If you were told different I would need the persons name and contact
number. In looking at the memos I do not see anything that states a activation
fee would be waived. No credits can be provided.

Question: Hi, I am a new customer with sprint and am already having horrible
customer service with Sprint which is why I left AT&T. When I first ordered my
phone a representative called me and told me that as long as I don't go over
$150 on my bill each month I will not be be charged the activation fee. I
received my bill 2 days ago with an activation charge so I called the customer
service line to get it resolved and talked to Aaron who did not give me any sort
of ID number after spending 30 minutes on the phone to get this resolved, he
stated that they do not take off the activation fee under any circumstance. I
work for customer service and thought I would get better service from Sprint. I
don't feel I should have taken all this time out of my day to call and now write
an email to get this issue resolved. Please let me know if you can refund the
activation fee or give my account a credit equal to the amount since that is
what I was told by a Sprint customer service representative when I purchased the
phone, if not I will cancel my line and have no business with sprint and won't
recommend your services to anyone.
