I have been with Sprint over 8+ years and have had never-ending problems since the start, I have given Sprint the benefit of the doubt and been coerced to stay with them many times, though it never changes I am always on the phone dealing with issues, and poor, horrible customer service.
My questions is, Who is the highest department or person I can contact that would actually care about the problems we've had as a whole over the years, and who actually cares about their customers???
As the regular customer service department and supervisors do not seem to.....
Another question is in what instances can you cancel your contract with Sprint earlier than the contract date???
