Just sent an email to customer service. After submitting it says my issue will be responded to within 3-5 business days. Seriously? I am not in a position to spend time on a phone call so my email has to wait days before getting a response? Brand new UNSATISFIED customer. Should have stayed with VZ.

For quick contact with us use the CHAT function. The CHAT link does not show up when you are in Communities or Forums - Go to the top of the page click on My Sprint>>My Account Wait for about 45 seconds and you should see the CHAT button appear next to your login name. If it doesn’t appear click on See My Bill and wait a few seconds. Click on the CHAT button for someone to verify your account information and gain access to your account.

I am at work and don't think my browser supports Sprint's website chat feature. That is why I emailed my issue. I don't have issues with Chat features with other websites, only this one.
