Erroneously charged ~$100 for apps I never purchased
I noticed that I was charged an extra $100 on my Sprint bill last month for apps that I allegedly purchased through "Google Play". After investigating I've been told that there are no signs of charges from Google Play's end and that this was a charge directly from Sprint. This seems very fishy, like sprint is trying to steal money from users and blame it on a third-party. After further research, I've come to find out i'm not the only one that this has happened to (link below). I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to handle this situation. I've been with Sprint for over 14 years but I'm willing to switch providers as I do not accept unethical actions in order to benefit as a company.
