Error 1012 on Moto Razr V3M..Sprint employee, please!
Whenever I try to do anything that requires data a screen displaying "Preparing Vision Services" comes up. After about a minute it will display "Error 1012, Power vision services could not start, please try again later, if the problem persists you may need to contact Sprint. I feel like when we activated the phone, the data portion of it did not complete and the phone is not programmed with the correct Sprint username and password. If a Sprint employee could assist me that would be great!
