im having a hardship right now and I’m unable to pay my bill until next week, I’m not working currently on disability I tried setting up an arrangement with sprint but they won’t set it up for the entire amount, please help
I'm so very sorry to read about your struggles @Sj_1982. While agents on our boards here aren't able to make exceptions to the payment arrangement system, some customers find that they have more flexible options when setting up a payment online. If that doesn't work for you, your best option is to work with Customer Finance as they'll have the most extensive options, if there are any available.
