I've been trying to reset my passcode because stupid me forgot the passcode I put in before. SOOO!!! I'd love to know why my passcode won't reset and if there is another way of reseting it.
Go to sprint.com, under sign in/register, go to bottom and choose forgot password, it will ask you to put in username, then it will ask you for your pin and or security question, once you do that, it will give you an option to set up a new password.
if I forgot my password I wouldn't be able to post on here. I was asking about voicemail passcode not a password.... I never get help here!
sprint.com>My Account>My Preferences>I Want To>MANAGE VOICEMAIL PASSCODE>Choose RESET, Then from your phone dial *1 to change it from there.
