How do I File a Formal Complaint on payments and customer service?
I’ve been trying to get a problem resolved a billing issue I had for the past month and I’ve talked to multiple reps over the phone, the last one yesterday was very rude and disrespectful telling me:" you were educated by a previous rep on this and this". everyone at sprint has been very unprofessional, and customer service has been the worse. I think I need to speak to someone on a higher level than the reps because every time I call they don’t seem to understand me very well and can’t ever resolve the problem or even give me a response. I am switching to another provider with the same price that I used to pay sprint before they raised my bill by $15/month. Can someone please help as to who I can contact in regards to this?
