I would like to add another phone to my account. I have a phone that used to be a phone used on this account and would like to port a number over from an old account. (Which I have received the final bill for.) from another provider.
You will need to call customer service to make sure you eligible to add another line to account and let them know that you want to port a number from another carrier to that line that you are adding.
In order to port the number from another account, you will need to make sure that number on the other account has not been cancelled.
