Worst service ever.

They extended my contract without my permission due to them taking my corporate discount off because some idiot couldn't read obviously! I have several emails from the date of NOV 2011 when I got my service and applied for the discount. Then without realizing it wasnt on my bill until I called them in July for an issue with another item on my bill, OHHHHH so then they are "sorry" and "can add that back no problem and even credit the past months" but now my contract is ALSO extended. Then I call tonight and get hung up on by two "supervisors". Well guess what I will just take my business elsewhere and after 10 years wont be coming back.
