I am having problem to open the billing account

Dear Sprint,

 

My relatives by financing from here take the iPhone 7Plus for me, but I am having trouble to check to check the billing account from sprint account. I have tried to open with my iPhone but it sign out and from the web site have showed me the message such as the page I want to check it does not find out yet. Plus, I went to retail store and they could not understand why it does not work yet. Consequently, I come here and share it with you to see and fix it for me.

Mehran39, Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. Have you tried to tried to uninstall and install the app? Have you tried to use another browser to access Sprint Mobile app? If so, do you still receiving same error? Did you perform any recent software updates to the device? Is this the first time you've been having the inconvenience with the app trying to see your bill? Are you able to do any other actions besides trying to see the bill?
