I am not able to make phone calls from my own house... This is an inconvenience as my cellular device is my only phone. If this continues I will have to cancel my plan. What can I do to maximise my service?

I am too having this same problem! It has been an issue for quite a while now. I am seriously debating to cancel my plan with Sprint and going elsewhere too! I am very diappointed and dissatisfied!
