So today my SG3 could not send out any text messages and all of a sudden I had the wrong time on my phone Now in the chicago land area the been updating towers since october nothing but dropped calls I have to step out side of my house to make a phone call Ive called and explained the situation and all I got from a supervisor was I am sorry sir your going to have to deal with it then today I spent almost 20 mins on the phone with a call center from arkansas the rep was sweet but again im sorry our system is down due to storms please call again and try to get another call center so I call back and I talk to another rep who kinda got my text messages to work it takes several times to push one message to send I cant believe how this company has become nothing but garbage for the amount I pay just doesnt seem like anyone at sprint gives a shit anymore
