Im not using my phone. I had it turned off because I'm travelling.

Why is my phone still not turned off?!! I am so upset. I am paying for a bill for a phone I am not even using. I already talked to cutomer service before I left the United States and paid to have the phone cut off, but low and behold they're still BILLING ME!!!

The easiest way to handle this for you will be to visit http://sprint.com/contactus and use the email or chat options.

They will be able to identify why you are still getting billed and help you sort out the problem.
