I have been a loyal sprint customer for over 20 years and you would expect impeccable service to those who have been with them since the beginning of time. Sprint has still not honored their $350 promotion back from late 2017. I have contacted Sprint via chat multiple times and have been promised on multiple occasions that they would take away billing charges within 2-3 billing cycles. It has been 10 months and nothing has changed. This is extremely inexcusable for a company to act like this in 2018. After reading how many other people have similar problems, I cannot recommend Sprint to anyone as they are clearly in it for the money.
