I tried service and found it very bad so I cancelled the service, returned the phones, got a bill for about 4 days usage at $220. Credited for returned phones. I guess I am waiting to be refunded next month for the month in advance you charged even though I cancelled in 4 days. Just how long does it take to process a refund?
BTW - cancellation was egged on by telesales having lied about service discounts, tax charges, plan costs, and plan services that were to be included but were extra charges. Apparently you allow sales to lie and you have no way to ever know who the perp was in sales = you'll never get it fixed.
Anyway -- I was told it may take two billing cycles before we can even request a refund!! Credit Card chargeback here I come.
