At first, I had yet to experience such unprofessional service. Phone representatives that don't speak English (post-sales).
One morning, a Sprint employee gave me a non-standard "fake" Employee ID number "Monica 939" after I questioned her on some problems with my account. Then, she hung-up after I followed-up. That was unprofessional.
Then, after spending 2-hours on the phone with Sprint yesterday, and several hours in days before that, Sprint emplyees Jewel YK945739 contradicted an agreement made by two different Sprint emplyees yesterday. It seems that Sprint (post-sales reps) will tell prospective customers many things to get their business, then once you've ported-over your numbers, the truth comes-out (with respect to the status of your plan promised, etc.)
Follow-up: After speaking to a Sprint problem resolutions specialist, Sprint has made moves to correct my account plan... still in progress. But it looks promising.
Next, initially I was told that after my business discount had been confirmed via Email, that my discount would occur "immediately".
Next, yesterday, I was told that I would have to wait "2-3 billing cycles" to see any discount. Today, I was told by a supposed manager who said her name was Victoria (I97074025-conversation ID) that I "should receive a business discount between 1-2 billing cycles.
Follow-up... looks like they are actually fixing this problem. Good!
Follow-up summary: I'm impressed with the Sprint experience (except for some in-store issues, and post-sales poor English-speaking Sprint reps), and look forward to seeing everything smoothed out. And from what I've seen in the past few days, I believe the Sprint experience & choice to move-to was a wise decision.
