I recently bought a new phone at the Sprint store in Lawrence,KS. I was told there would be an activation fee for the phone. In the past I've not been charged when I've gotten a different phone. Why am I being charged this time?
In the past the activation fee was waived often on the service. That is not longer happening and the fee is charged an all activations unless there is a promo waiving it We had one this summer where if you purchased your device from the web the fee was waived. This promo is no longer running
