Sprint, you are a horrible company.You do not!!!!!value your customers. So today I have several people from sprint contact me to tell me that basically I'm a liar since ther reps didn't notate the accounts. I am told that its better to leave your contract than to upgrade because its cheaper. I have been with your company for 11 years. This is the respect and courtsey I got today. Everyone said sorry they didn't notate the account. So we can not honor what you say the rep said. This is the way to lose customers. Thanks for not taking care of me!
