Well I contacted customer care again, and got a few more dollars than the original amount sprint had offered. Of course I still do believe it should have been more. However, I will go by what I always tell my son
"Until you can be thankful for something that is not enough, then what you have cannot be multiply into what is more than enough". I was very vocal when things weren't going well with sprint, so I figure I will do likewise now that things have improved some what. My fellow customers, we do have every right to demand quality service, and we should not settle for anything less. I have no regrets about how I go about voicing my frustration, just wish simple 4 letter words that are not curse words weren't scribble in my posts. It seemed as if I was being disrespectful to other users. That's all for now. I hope there will not be a repeat of those non service days. All the best guys!
