i just paid my bill and it took over an hour for it to be able to let me to even dial out. now i cant go on my internet or send a text. it keeps saying "you are currently not allowed to use this service. please contact customer care support. msg 2126"
honestly, im really sick and tired of sprint service. its slow or it just doesnt work. mobipcs works better i think. which is sad considering this is a big name company.
i try to love sprint, but everything wrong seems to happen.
I understand the importance of having your service working appropriately, my apologies. Just so I can understand, was your service interrupted? Have you tried to power your handset off & on and see if that helped?
