I have been a loyal customer with Sprint for about 2 years. I called your financial department and they were virtually of no help and in my opinion was not willing to work with me. Currently I have a past due balance of $105.26 and a total balance of 209.53. I am currently temporarily unemployed and have been for probably about a little over a month. I will start back working on January 9th. I'm just looking for a little assistance until the time that I can start back paying my bill in full as I have done in the past.
