I tried to speak with a young man today about a payment arrangement. He was nothing but rude. He acted like I was below him since I had to set up a payment arrangement. I am on unemployment since my job laid me off. I was only able to pays $101.00 towards my bill today until I get my check this upcoming week. I am in need of some help please.
