Payment arrangement

I had a payment arrangement scheduled for today...I just made the payment since it would not go through automatically and my service is still restricted...how do I get my service back to normal

It can take anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple hours for the services to be restored depending on the payment method and processing times. It is usually pretty quick, however.  I would recommend turning your phone off and then back on again to re-establish network connection.  If it isn't restored within a few hours, give customer care a call, or visit a local Sprint Store.

You can contact Customer Care at 888.211.4727 to speak to a representative if you'd prefer. 

 

They would be able to help you with why your services are not restored at this time, as I cannot see your account from this end.
