Sprint Customer Service Misleading

When I activated my Iphone they told me the activation fee was going to be waived, then it appeared on my bill, when I called cutomer service they basically said they never promised to waive the fee and that I was a liar. I will be leaving sprint ASAP, nobody deserves to be treated like this.
