I am so fed up with sprint that I can't even explain my situation. Did everything I was supposed to do with my phone and yet 7 months later I still don't have a working phone. I had 3 employees tell me they were going to send me out a Galaxy Nexus and then I had 2 other employees tell me they were going to send me out the Galaxy S2. This was to replace my Nexus S 4G. Well like I said they lied, nothing was ever sent out. Sprint needs to learn how to honor their word or learn how to properly train their employees. Contacted BBB, hopefully that will start to make a difference on how they conduct business. Supervisor shouldn't be lying to customers just because they don't want to deal with them.
