Sprint....poor customer service! (FREE ACTIVATION ONLINE + $50 OFF IPHONE)
In July we purchased 4 (four) Iphone 4s. We paid $199 per phone plus $36 activation on each phone. Less than a month later Sprint will waive the activation fee and they reduced the Iphone to $150.
I called Sprint Customer Service to see if I could get a credit or partial credit since I paid $330 in charges last month that are not charged this month! The first agent said to go to the Sprint store and see what they could do. I said that I would rather resolve this on the phone since I travel and not able to go the the store. His supervisor said that all he could do was credit me $50 total ($12.50 per phone). Customer Retention said there was nothing that she could do (including the $50).
I am shocked by the poor service that Sprint provides. I hear people bash Sprint .... now I understand why!!
